Who are we looking for?

A systematic, active leader who can set up goals and lead a team, proactively search for potential issues or improvements in the warranty process. We are searching a strong person since our customers are premium car manufacturers who are dealing with real professionals.

What will you do with us?

  • lead a small team of warranty specialists, coordinate their activities and communicate between sister companies
  • set goals, keep given approach and achieve KPIs
  • improve current warranty process, continue in renewal and upgrade of the whole system
  • monitor customer satisfaction
  • communicate with customer, report results to internal management

Required skills:

  • experience with BMW customer
  • experience with BMW warranty system as advantage
  • communicative, leading, proactive, willing to learn, time flexible
  • English on high level speaking and written, German as big advantage
  • driving licence type B
